What We Do?
We, at GitHub Club, aim to impart skills and knowledge to all those who are curious. and have a will to learn. We tackle topics from a wide range, including programming, development, design, and a lot more. Our aim is to create a self thriving network of students which encourages the culture of open source contribution, and promotes a sense of community within students. We promote an environment that encourages leadership, technical, and research skills, through active participation in the activities hosted by the club.

Mind Blowing Events!
Technokrats 3.0 was a memorable event which combined learning and competitiveness. The event witnessed a massive turnout as students from School of Engineering and Technology showcased their coding prowess. The event started with students gathering at the assigned venue. After the set-up was done, the particpants started attempting the given set of problems. As the timer ran out, the competition was heating up. Slowly, the submissions started pouring in and as the timer hit zero, everybody took a breath of relief.

GitHub Club
The Peer 2 Peer Session ‐ Android Studio: A path to app innovation, initiated a conversation of App Development and its scope amongst students. The session introduced the vast world of app development to the students and helped them in building knowledge about some of the basic as well as crucial concepts in App development. It also worked as a bridge of interaction between students from different years. The event was informative, interactive and innovative.

GitHub Club
Github club in collaboration with Datapool club worked together to plan an fabulous event on October 7, 2022 featuring the pious coder, dedicated teacher and passionate vlogger, Love Babbar. The event was a fan favorite among the students of Sharda University and a high engagement was shown from the audience. He went on to discuss his experience as a student and answered several students queries. We thank Love Babbar for his time and making this event a massive hit. A warm appreciation shown to all involved in making this event as great as possible.

This event was being conducted by our prolific speakers Prabhat Kumar and Varun Singh, students of CSE Department, Sharda University. The event wasn't only wholesome but informative too. Though it was completely online but still hands on experience were given to the students. The presence of former President of GitHub Club, Sheikh Parvez Ahmed, shared his experience and knowledge of Git and GitHub with the audience, he held the audience's attention by the grip, whilst the students indulged themselves in an interactive Q&A.

The seminar on C++ was taken by a first year volunteer, Mr. Lokesh Mishra. With over 3+ years of experience in the programming language, he glided through the course of the topic effortlessly and engaged the attendees into an enthralling lesson. With generous participation, the club is ecstatic to share their success with the rest of the school and likewise entities from across the nation.
